Doubt about Aplicattion Pools and recovery of RAM (EDITED)

Good night all .

My servers are 2012 R2 and I have about 400 webservices . ( root / ABCD ) A B C are virtual applications.
The settings which you choose to create a pool of application because I feel I have more control.

I understand that when the process starts with a self- determined sized amount of RAM.

What is the best method to see if grouping applications and reducing the amount of RAM can lower pools ?
